Name for Your Forum

Do you prefer generic or specialty names? I always pick generic ones. However, though, a good specialty name can be cool. For instance, Warrior Forum for internet marketing etc. is a specialty name. ForumPromotion.net is a generic one.

If you have many forums then it will be hard to have a specialty name because the ideas are decreasing by the time and this is by experience then you go to a generic one.

I try to fit it in with my categories like the sites I have mustreadmanga and basketballcoaches are the two that go with my keywords, while I also have godlesswriter that doesn't make much sense but has writer in it so yeah.

that is a very good way in order to develop the name because that way it is easy to remember and people can link the purpose together without much thought as well.

I always try to use my main keyword as the name of the forum. I not only use keyword in the name, I even make sure my domain uses the keyword. Currently, I am running a forum on investment niche and the forum is named Investment Forums and the domain is investment forums dot net. This will help me in search engine ranking.
