Moving out your parents house?

I moved out of my parents house 5 years ago. That's when I had to travel to another city for college education. I started in my parents house until I was in high school

I have not moved out of my parent's home but I am thinking of doing that soon. But I will have to look for a job or a stable business first. Then I can be able to rent a place that I can live in since I cannot just move out and buy my own house right away.

Not everybody can afford to move out of their parent's home, even if they are working. Some may need to save for a deposit for a rental property or a property to purchase to ensure they don't pile themselves with 1000's of dollars worth of debt from landlords and banks.

  1. Have you moved out of your parent's home?
  2. At what age did you move out?
  3. Did you go and buy a place or rent to start with?
Yes, I have moved out of my parent's home. I moved out when I turned 25.
I had to rent a place in a different state.
I actually got a job which took me out of my state. If the job was in my state, I don't think I would've moved from my parent's home.

I would have liked to go live independently from my parents, but unfortunately, I can't do that!
This is because I am a disabled person, pratically unable to work, for this reason I take from the Italian State only a miserable disability allowance of just 297 € / month! (n) (n)
How can you understand ... it is not possible for me to realize!
However I keep the hope that someday, maybe I will can.

I am still leaving with my parents, but currently I stay in my college apartment away from my parents. I plan to stay there even after my school days, to experience life on my own and not dwelling on my parents care for survival.

Apart from the fact the economic of the country is poor one need to have a constant source of income,if possible more than even one source so as to leave comfortable and happy.otherwise i do not advice a young adult to move out of his parents house without a good plan

I have always loved to be an independent lady so I have always figured I won't stay too long at home, I'm I gained admission into the university I left the house and finally when I started serving

I moved out of my parents house last year, that was the time i actually got my offline business running and the location is far from home.
I had to rent a place very close to my shop.

I have never moved out of my parents house, when you move out of your parents house it means you can take care of yourself and your needs,I don't think am going to do that,it's too early.

Moving out of the parent home is another experience, I think age of twenty-five or to thirty is okay to have your own family and live separately from your parent's home

Truely it is a wise thing to leave your parents house at an adult age so that you will have more time to work for yourself, plan your life, and take more responsibilities to yourself.

Well moving out of your parents house is one of the most hard thing because it's not about moving out it is about being independent and trying to take care of ur self by your self

You are right, I moved out of my Parent's house at age 28, I got employed at age of 26 and had to start saving parts of my salary to enable me rent a home which seems costly. At age 28, I already saved more than enough and was able to get a nice room and furnished It too. This gave me some relief because I love privacy and comfort a lot.

It is quite difficult to move out of parents house at a young age. Even many young adults face difficulties and this is all because of inflation in my country. It is becoming impossible to live separately.

it is not advisable to move out of your parents house when you are not physically and mentally stable to handle decisions making because when you do you are likely going to do a lot of the wrong things which you may regret later.

I haven't moved out of my parents house yet because I've come to discover that although moving out might give a sense of respect (which is basically why most guys move out of their parents homes), caring for yourself wouldn't be so easy.
It's better to stay with them and plan very well before moving anywhere.

Most people I know especially in Africa do not move out of their parent's homes unless there is a job opportunity elsewhere or they are getting married and leaving town. I understand this isn't the norm overseas. I see that most move out when they turn 18 overseas.

Being independent is something most people seek for. For the sake of freedom to acquire your goals without their interference is the main aim. I moved out after my university program to stay on my own by renting an apartment.
I was finally able to move from my parents house after i graduated secondary school.
I rented a self contain apartment close to the university; it was a good phase for me.
I really enjoyed taking some decisions on my own.

Moving out of your parent's house is one of the most challenging decisions a young adult has to take. I'm planning to move out later this year and I'm trying to save in order to rent an apartment as the cost of buying a new apartment is very expensive.
It's not just the cost of an apartment. Finding an apartment that would be up to your taste could be so challenging. You spend extra money on agents and still not get the required apartment

This is very true. House hunting itself can be very challenging because you might not see places up to your specifications. And there are some agents that can rip you off during your dealings with them while looking for an apartment.

Am thinking of moving out of my parents house soon, is just that the job has not come but I believe if I leave I will be highly favoured with a good job, and more money.
