Not everybody can afford to move out of their parent's home, even if they are working. Some may need to save for a deposit for a rental property or a property to purchase to ensure they don't pile themselves with 1000's of dollars worth of debt from landlords and banks.

  1. Have you moved out of your parent's home?
  2. At what age did you move out?
  3. Did you go and buy a place or rent to start with?

Moving out of your parent's house is one of the most challenging decisions a young adult has to take. I'm planning to move out later this year and I'm trying to save in order to rent an apartment as the cost of buying a new apartment is very expensive.

I moved out of my parents house before 2 years for studying in University and I am staying in Hostel. For now , I don't have to worry about the room and food charges because it is taken care by my parents. Though when I complete the degree , I will be in a pressure situation to get a job and also pay the rent for the room I will be staying in future. I can't depend on parents all the time.

Being independent is something most people seek for. For the sake of freedom to acquire your goals without their interference is the main aim. I moved out after my university program to stay on my own by renting an apartment.

I moved out of parent house early this year and it has not been easy, trying to adjust the new lifestyle of being alone, no more free food and different bills to pay.

I left my parent house at age 30 and it is a rented apartment.

Am no longer with my parents although I do visit them once in a while. I moved out immediately after I got an admission at the University and that was 2012. This is what we cannot Dodge from sooner or later.

I agree with you, dear. Not all the people have the ability or resources to move out of their parents house even if they want to and this can cause several problems in the house. I live in a country where there are many people who live with their parents and they have no other choice. The best way to deal with this problem is to save money and start business. You will then be able to rent a house and move out.

For now though I'm still yet to relocate back home because of my current engagement of mandatory service to my nation but once I return, I wouldn't rush out of my parents house.
I'll make sure my business grows to a considerable level before I move out and I'll start with renting a place

It's actually the situation of things that makes most adults in my state to still be living under the same roof with their parents. When a young man will graduate from the university and can't get any job to make a living for himself, how can he leave their parents houses?

The starting point is that you need to rent out an apartment suitable for yourself. after that you can gather some amount to purchase a house through mortgage. There are some kids who left their family houses at age of 15 years over here.

It is the dream of every body to move out of their parents house. There is this saying that the young shall grow. I remember, my dad use to tell me that, I should think like a man, because for sure I will leave them one day. Yours truly, I am on my own now. I left them at the age of 25, when I got married. I started in a self- contain today I am living in a bigger apartment.

Moving out of your parent's house may be a little bit challenging being to the fact that some may have not plan and the age is fast approaching or have passed for them to have gotten settled.

I have never moved out of my parents house, an I am not thinking of moving out, not now not anytime soon, moving out of your parents house simply means you can take care yourself. I enjoyed staying with my family. And I won't let anything take me out.

Well, there are so many people who would want to live separately, but they are not able to do so. I think this is because of financial problems they might be facing. However, not all the people are willing to move out of their parents house and it all depends on the individual.

Moving out of your parents house depends your aga and also what you do for living, because you cannot just move out without doing nothing, you have to have something doing that can sustain you.

You are right, I moved out of my Parent's house at age 28, I got employed at age of 26 and had to start saving parts of my salary to enable me rent a home which seems costly. At age 28, I already saved more than enough and was able to get a nice room and furnished It too. This gave me some relief because I love privacy and comfort a lot.

I have been living away from my parents for the past 20 years, however, I am still living in a house owned by my parents. My parents live in country side and I live in the city home owned by my parents.

It's never a good thing for you to stay too long living with your parents after they have trained you in the University not doing anything. It will be a heartbroken experience for them. I left my parents house at the age of 21.

I've not moved out of my parents house and i don't think i'll move out until i get married. Although, other things may make me move out from their houses like getting a job in another area, state or country.

I am yet to move out from my family home, though I plan to move out by next year if things goes as planned. The nation's economy has become really hard, and one must make proper preparations before moving out.
