There are many challenges working on a forum sites but depending on the particular forum , if you keep every rules and regulation , you won't get banned from their sites .

Wel that is just a fact about the involvement of participants in forum,because if you follow their rules and do not violate their procedures then you will not be blacklsted on the forum.

There are times when you mistakenly deviate from the rules and regulations of the forum , and you might not be aware ,and in my own opinion , the admin of the forum should just bring it to your notice and at least warn you before placing a ban on you if fail to adhere by the rules.

It might be difficult at some times, you have to oversea whatever that is happening on the forum. Many people will try to use your platform to bring up something for their own benefit.

The problem is not how the difficult the task is. The issue is the low amount of money you get paid for tasks on many sites. This is why I think that paid forums are much better than many micro job sites.

Well it all depend on the individual prefrence though,because when it comes to the issue of being paid for task or your involvement in activity be it contribution,it has to do with the structure of the platform.
Concerning the issue of controlling persons on a forum,it could be very tasking to manage various persons that are coming from different baground with different values and belief,the best thig to do,is to make them comply with forum rules.

I'm very lenient and some of my members come from another site where the rules smothered the users. It's hard to get out of that strict mindset and just let users try to work things out in the threads as much as possible as long as the obvious rules are not broken.

Being the peacemaker could be quite difficult but the most difficult of the tasks as a forum moderator for me is enforcement of forum rules and regulations - you'll always have to be almost everywhere at the same time to ensure compliance.

The filtering of low quality, spam, and plagiarized messages and threads will likely prove to be the most challenging, in my opinion. If you want to improve the ranking of your website, you have no alternative but to spend hours removing these spams.

Yes, it might be a hard task to keep an eye on each and every individual. It is also important to communicate with the members as well and make sure that they comply with the rules in case they make mistakes.

That is what a good admin in a forum should always do,because i don't think anyone would want to suspend a forum members,they should be guided properlly on the rules of the platform.

A person could also hire moderators as well in order to manage the forum. It is much better to have lenient policies in order to make things easier. maintaining a forum could be a hard task.

The task is not really easy,because you will have to put it at the back of your mind that this is what you have decided to do,you have to put a structure in place so that the members would be properlly guided on the forum.

Hey guys, what do you consider the most difficult task of managing a forum? Personally, I feel like there's nothing more difficult than trying to be the peacemaker at times. You come into contact with lots of different people with very different personalities, and some people will never get along, no matter what you do. You also have to have the people skills to know how to work with each individual person. Everyone is unique, and they all have different perspectives.

While I agree with some of the other comments, I'd also like to point out that it can be quite challenging to train new staff to moderate in the same way I do. Since I am very tolerant, some of my members have transferred from another website where the regulations suffocated the users. To let people try to resolve issues in the threads as much as possible, provided that the clear rules are followed, is difficult to do when one is stuck in a rigorous mindset.

Yes, you are right, and besides that, I think the most difficult task for a forum owner is to find high-quality, loyal and active members who are actually interested in writing good content on the forum.

Its not easy getting loyal and active members that are ready to be writing good quality content that will drive traffic , because most of the forum sites are also paying peanuts .
