You can see a marketplace section on most of promotional forums, where users can buy, sell and trade various items, including digital services, digital products, and even physical items. Peer to Peer Marketplace can be an interesting way to monetize your site but interestingly I have not seen any forums use this feature to monetize the site. ebay, Etsy, even Alibaba and Aliexpress are some of the biggest peer to peer ecommerce sites. Why is this method not yet popular on forums?
