Hi Everyone,

one of my many passions is helping others living with mental health, as i believe there isn't enough help out there for anyone suffering from these issues, without paying $$$$ to get help.

i am creating this thread to have the following;

- Discussions
- Help with triggers
- Trigger helps, suggestions
- Suggestions on books, or movies to watch to help
- ideas to get your mind off things

this is something i am very passionate about!

It's horrible, but over time you learn tricks and tips, right? :)
I guess somewhat. I'm bad at using like coping stuff. I used to meditate a lot which I think made a difference. Eventually wanna get back to that. That and I try to make myself do stuff even if I don't want to or it freaks me out. After I usually feel better.

When I was married (before my divorce) I was diagnosed with Persistent depressive disorder and Intermittent Explosive Disorder (Anger and Depression) by a licensed therapist. I was medicated. Honestly, I haven't had an anger out burst since my separation in 2019. A majority of those outbursts involved my ex wife. Aside from all of that, I have had a long uphill battle with anxiety that I've been working on.
