What kind of complaint, and what level of concern did they express?

I have on many occasions had members complain about something on a forum I was running. Most of the time I found it was a personal issue they had with something on the forum such as new additions, changes made to the forum or even action taken against someone who had broken the rules.

I find you can't please everyone and whilst many decisions you make on your forum will be welcomed by most of the community, you will always get someone who is not in agreement.
