How do you manage your sites, do you do it alone or hire staff? As far as I am concerned, I do it alone, but whenever I need something done and I don't have time to do it, I hire virtual assistants. I hire social media promoters, article writers, and forum posters. Usually, I don't hire staff on payroll. I hire assistant as needed.

I do not hire staffs but I beg some people to help me sometimes because I do not have enough money to pay them.

If your website or a business is already generating revenue, I don't think it will be too difficult to pay staff.
