Land and property is a fixed asset so it definately would be difficult to turn to cash in a short time unlike current assets which is why agents are available to make it faster and easier for land owners to sell.
Most times there is low liquidity in the real estate business when there is no quick turn out in terms of renting or buying real estate property.

Well if you know you’re someone that will urgent need money or you have so many things you’re taking care of, maybe you should also leave real estate and find something else to invest on

Low liquidity in real estate can happen as a result of having the property at the wrong location. This is the reason why it is offering advice to acquire assets at the place where there is come is going on around.

Low liquidity will continue to be a problem in the real estate business because of how the real estate market is, people don't rush to purchase property, the do there due diligence first, confirm necessary information about the property before moving ahead to buy. Mostly those procedures may take time... So low liquidity is an issue.
Very true, this is just the nature of the market. Just as crypto currency has it nature, same goes for real estate. Like you rightly said, people do not rush into buying of property. As its a very delicate issue, one has to make and take all the rightful precautions before buying or investing into the property.

That is why we are grateful for technology we have now, there are many social media platform we can earn from and easily convert our real estate and properties to cash in minutes now.

Indeed thinking about it this seems to be a persisting problem and would continue to be a disadvantage to real estate investment, it won't necessarily be dealt with now but maybe solutions can arise in the future

Most humblest low liquidity in real estate when the news no money to fund real estate business when there is inflation in the country with these people cannot afford or buy real estate properties.

I Don't think it's a problem worth sorting for a solution for. You should know that real estate Requires patience before one can benefit from it.

When investing in real estate business it should be noted that it is business where patience is required it takes long for you to recoup your investment in real estate.

Because of the nature of the real estate market, low liquidity will continue to be a problem. People do not rush to purchase property; instead, they conduct due diligence and confirm all necessary information before proceeding to purchase. Those treatments can take a long time... As a result, a lack of liquidity is a problem.

I actually have a friend who had a very big challenge in liquidating his land assets when he was in a very serious need of cash and it was due to the property not been in a very open location that is very accessible to the town.

I have a friend who runs a realty business that I think he looks very successful now. His agents are all paid by commission although the company shoulders the operational expenses like traveling to the site. My friend said that you need a big capital for that kind of business.

I don't think the real estate industry has anytime suffered from low liquidity - land has been in constant demand always and with human population and needs expanding, there's always an increased demand for real estate.

Property has the lowest liquidity
are also deemed liquid because of their low acquisition costs, lack of complex legal arrangements and ease of transaction. Real estate is one of the most illiquid assets because it requires more capital to buy than securities or precious metals for example

It's mostly due to poor economic situation. With recession, inflation and the pandemic, it's hard for people to survive, let alone have funds to purchase property. It still depends on the types of property though and how cheap it is.

The liquidity in the real estate industry is always increasing, it won't really be like the cryptocurrency in which the value increases and decreases. The Value of real estate properties is always on a constant uptrend.

One thing about the real estate sector is that it is capital intensive and it will only mean that you need to have ready buyers for you to get back your cash, one way to solve this problem is if you have a full assurance that you will be paid you money after delivery of the project.
