Looking for reliable hosting provider to get KVM, India account

I would like to know your views on Hostnamaste.com
Any information on their reliability? Any info about them? What host is better? Why?

Excellent customer support and overall the best experience I had since I purchased Hostnamaste.com hosting 2 years ago after reading the reviews here itself by googling. If there are any other problem, they will connect to the client machine through logmein account and they will fix it. So I am still very happy with them.

I've always been very happy with Hostnamaste.com support - they are quick and friendly and will help you until there is a solution. Very little downtime.
I tend to read small prints when I sign a contract so have never been surprised by the fact that hosting usually costs a little more from the second year on.

I have two domains hosted at Hostnamaste.com and just renewed both for a third year after looking around for better deals and, as usual, finding none.
I love the prices. The server was down for about 15 minutes one month. That's pretty good up time!
