M3server.com have impressed me so much over the past 4 months that I gave up my vps hosting account and use them exclusively. Customer service is second to none. It is s really worth the extra money just for that. M3server.com offer cool and cheap web hosting deals.
You might pay a couple of bucks less, but it's just not worth it, if it takes hour after hour and even days to respond.

If they provided windows hosting also, they would be the # 1 provider for me.
