This puts a very heavy toll of employees who will be required to upskill as well as on the employers who would find it difficult to lay their hands on the right person.

How do you think this will affect the global scenario?

IT will challenge people to get out of the comfort cocoon and start learning new stuff, start adapting to the changing society, or actually to the restructuring of the society.

The world just have to adapt to the new normal, and take things slowly as seen. Post Pandemic is filled with a lot of Job losses, inflation and you name it. We just have to find a way to manage it
