Because when it comes to advertisements if there is 100 people that are visiting your website on any given day only three to four are likely to actually be interested in the advertisement in question. I don't know what the OP is trying to say when he mentions live advertisement. AS far as I know you can use two different types of ads, one from ad networks and another by selling ad space.
