Listening to music, do you value the beats or the lyrics?

When we listen to music, we enjoy it differently. Some of us are so conscious of the progression of the beats while some others are about the lyrics of the song. Which of these variable is your point of value in music? As for me, it is all about the lyrics.

Honestly both are important. I like good lyrics, but I like if it has a decent beat to the song too. For me probably care more bout the beat I guess.

I like meaningful lyrics and a good beat.

A good song is a combination of music and lyrics. Therefore, for me beats and lyrics both are important. My all time favorite songs have great lyrics as well as great music. Music needs to be meaningful.
