Personally, I haven't watched a TV in 5-6 years, other than glancing at it when I walk through the living room and everyone else is.
I stream most of my stuff, and that's mainly because of my hearing loss. It's easier to hear what is going on through a headset.

It was just news. I can't remember the last time I peep in to watch what's going on around the world on television but this one that I watched was when I went to visit my old uncle and he requested that I sit with him to watch the evening news.
