In any company, if you want to invest or buy anything, you must first know the background of the company. It is important to know whether the company is registered or not. If you want to make an investment, you need to know the opinions of the people in the company.
Or even better is to get information from the company that you have already invested in.

The first thing to consider is your earnings per share. This is the amount each share would get if the company pays out all it's profit to the shareholders.then you can now consider price to earnings ratio etc

Industry/Sector Analysis:

Organizations delivering comparable items are subset of an Industry/Sector. For instance, Infosys, TCS, Tech Mahindra have a place with IT Sector of India.

It is critical to perceive how the business to which the organization has a place is faring. Points of interest like impact of Government strategy, future interest of its items and so on should be checked.

On occasion prospects of an industry may change definitely by any modifications in business climate. For example, downgrading of rupee may light up possibilities of all fare arranged organizations which simply occurred with all IT Stocks in 2013.

To buy anything from any company you must check their products review, their dealing criteria.their terms and conditions. If all these are suitable and match with your requirements, then you will procceed to buy.

There are a lot of things I would check first before looking if a company is fit to be invested in or not.
First is the category of the company whether it is education, technology, food or transportation.
Another is how the company is being run, whether or not they are fair, their policies go in hand with the law, do they try to employ the best people or not.

My major key is p.e(price/earning) ratio
This measures the relationship between the earnings of a company and its stockprice. It’s calculated by dividing the current price per share of a company’s stock by the company’s earnings per share.
Example – A company’s stock currently sells for $50 per share and its earnings per share are $5. That means it has a P/E ratio of 10 ($50 divided by $5).
The P/E ratio can tell you whether a stock’s price is high, or low, compared to its earnings.

The first thing to do before you invest in any company is to do a background check on them. The year the business was established, their partner's, the total amount the Business is worth, the major challenges they've come across and how they overcome it, the products and services they offer and check if the market is really buying why they claim to produce.

Investing into any business requires thorough research on the background of such company and make sure you have gather enough evidences that would warrant you to risk investing with them. The key indicator is their return on investment , also people's review of them and how trustworthy they are

one of the main thing to consider before investing in a company is the company's credibility and worth, also one needs to check the companies background and find out its relationships with investors, you need to know how long the company has been existing too and be sure it's not a company that will close down anytime soon.

Before investing in a company you need to know what the company is worth, does the company have a good reputation and a good public opinion. The company must have a good structure with the capabilities to grow and expand from time to time and turn in good profits every month.

Before you invest in any business or company The major things to check out on a company that you want to invest in is the background of the company, the company Worthy, and you have to evaluate the company. Then you have to know percentage of your investment.

There are a lot of things to consider before investing in a company or organisation and the first thing you must consider a security,if the environment is secure enough that your investment will not be stolen by people or thief then that is a good sign, availability of industry doing the same business,if there are a lot of other industries doing the same business you are investing on then the market will be very competitive which may not be a good sign for an investors

For me the first thing l should know before investing in any company is it's complete history. You have to research on when it was formed, its objectives and whether it is registered and operated under the law and lastly it's financial strength.

No information beats track record for any information you have intention to invest in.

Personally, how long a company has been in business says a lot for me before investing my dime because there lots of scammers out there all in the name of investment companies looking for gullible ones to take advantage of.

Inorder to invest In a particular company or business, there are some indicators you will watchout for before investing, they are:
