It's almost Shrove Tuesday! Will you be having pancakes?

We are over half way through February already and Shrove Tuesday (pancake day) is slowly creeping up on us. On this day people tend to make pancakes and have their favorite toppings and eat these on the day. It's great to be able to just have an excuse to eat pancakes all day I guess as I don't have them too often.

Will you be taking part in Shrove Tuesday? What are your favorite pancake toppings?

I myself love to have chocolate spread and strawberries, chocolate spread and banana, and also sugar and lemon juice as well.
