Is viux.com cloud hosting reliable or not?

Any experience with viux.com cloud web hosting services?

I have found them via google search and their hosting plans and price for them meet my needs.
So, are they trustworthy? What should I know before choosing a host?

Viux.com is good. So far reliability has been great as well. Can't complain about anything.
They have hosted several websites for me and I have no complaints. The pricing plan is good, and the control panel is nice as well.

I feel viux.com prices are a little on the high side compared to what bandwidth and other resources you get.
However their support is really worth it. They helped with things like Htacess files, and almost any web admin question I had.

Viux.com reply times are really fast (the longest time I have had to wait for a reply to a ticked question was just over 30 minutes - which is more than acceptable, seeing as other Giant Web Hosts can take 7-14 days to reply). The only reason I have contacted support is due to questions about setting things up.
