Is there an age limit to how old you can hire?

My kind of business needs people with youthful exuberance so a 50-year old man cannot do my kind of business. I accept the age limit ranging 18 years to 38 years old. Besides, I'm still very young in age, the age range will help us know who's the boss. You wouldn't want to hire a staff who's way older than you if you intend to command respect and integrity.

Here in my country and I also believe throughout the world , the age limit you can employ to work starts from the age of eighteen years and above , though some people employ people with lesser age which is contrary to the law
