SEO is a method to rank your website on search engines. By doing SEO on your site, you will be able to rank your site on search engines. When your site is ranked high on search engines, you will be able to get traffic from Search Engines. Search Engine traffic is considered very valuable becuse people come to your site through serch engines voluntarily and you are likely to earn money from your site.

I see that people abuse such feature of coming from search engines asking visitors to search their site and visit from search engine which let your website rank increase gradually while they are paid visitors and paid work that cheats all search engine system.

SEO is really important, as it keeps the search results unbiased. It helps in ranking your website/blog content higher on the search engine. The higher the ranking, the greater are the chances for your content to get more clicks, traffic, and ultimately earnings.

SEO is crucial because it improves rankings and organic traffic, which means more visibility. Organic search receives 20 times more clicks than average paid ads.
