There are many rural towns that are quickly being developed. Once a mall is built in the center of the town expect the entire town to be developed with real estate. My nephew had bought a house beside a rice field. It is a rural town that is now beginning to look like a real town with no more rural outlook.

I agree with you that before a community becomes an urban area that that community must have been a rural area but what I am saying is that for most commentators into another area takes a very long time and most people may not be able to wait that long for their investment to mature.
