It's hard for me to manage a website.

At first I thought, other staff members can somehow deal with everything but my opinion and actions are required as well. I have been very busy with my office work and I believe it's not going to be easy to care of the website as well.
Half of the time, I want to give it up but I just can't bring myself to do it. I am a little emotional and if someone is nice, I overlook a lot of things. Others believe I am not a good leader and may be they are right.

But, it's my dream website and I would like to run it no matter how hard it is. What about you guys?

I don't find it difficult managing my website. I run an e-commerce website and I have been handling it very easily. I used word press to design my website and I signed up for a web hosting service provider called blue host. Everything is going smoothly on my website.

Managing a websites is as easy as spreading butter on the bread for me. On fact it is easy for me to manage couple of websites together. The major work in running a blog writing, then this can be out source at freelance sites like Upwork, just choose expert writers in your niche and pay him or her very well. Now for the post, I will load everything on the post once and shedule to be published at certain date.

If you have an offline work and your website is bothering you with the time and attention that it needs then I guess it is about time to leave your website. I have 3 blogs. When Adsense reduced the rate of revenue sharing to 50% that made me lose my motivation. That made me think of quitting blogging and focus my time on my offline work. I was happier then because blogging takes a lot of my time, it is not easy to write a blog. Until now those 3 blogs are stagnating.

I think it will depend on the type of website involved. Managing a blog is easier than a forum or full fledged website. For blogs, you can set out time to write content and organise your blog. For forums and other bigger websites you need to employ admins that will help you to manage the website. A website is like a business and should be treated as such.

Managing a website will definitely be hard for me because as it is, I already have so much that I need to take care and if I were to add managing a website to it one will suffer for the other to thrive. So what I would do in a situation like this is to lay someone to the website managing on my behalf but if I feel that the person may not do a good job I will have to let some things go off my table to enable me manage the website the way I want it managed.
