Is Justice Blind?

They say that Justice is blind. What are your feelings about that? Does someone that deserve justice, not get it?

Justice can never be blind, just that earthly beings makes it look like it's blind. Yeah, not that i hate what is called jungle justice on a long run but literally the way it is handled is uncalled for.

Justice is not blind but a lot of people have mastered the art of manipulating the law thus, making justice seems blind. Lack of inflexibility of the law is one the reasons for this.

I think the reason why most persons says justice is blind is mainly because of the process it takes most times before they can take action. Like in Korea I heard there is a system whereby If a case has exceed certain number of years even when all evidence have been found, they would not be able to take any legal action

Yes, justice is blind, it is being not because it delivers judgement with impartially it is blind because it only seeks physical proof.

Justice is only blind when used by the wrong people.

It's sometimes blind. Obviously, tons of people are wrongly accused and/or sentenced.

Of course, with advancements in sensitivity and criminal profiling comes less injustice. Actually, however, in some ways the society can sometimes be too sensitive, like how was it that mass murderers can spend decades on death row?
