We are working for the money just to make end meet and all workers will be expected to be paid atbthe end of the month , so its normal as a good boss to relay any delay in payment to them so that can prepare ahead .

I agree with this assertion completely. All you have to do as an employer is to be honest with your employees because if they are at a peace of mind regarding salaries, the high productivity shown by them will remain constantThat's one of the most important signs and character that will be exhibited by employees. At the end all these things will still have a negative effect in our business and is something that could have been avoided with just a simple explanation.

Omo that's how it should be. Anyway business owners now are willing to communicate the challenge they are having in their business organisation with their employees. Only an experience business owners won't be able to do so.Since so many people have to deal with their monthly expenses, it is always a best idea to communicate with your employees regarding this so that they can manage things accordingly.

Yea. It is not really easy , most times I always blame the government on the reasons why a lot of people are being played with by wicked employers , even when their salaries are not even enough.Yes, each and every person has to deal with their monthly expenses and this is the main reason why they have to manage money. They cannot manage their financial affairs if they do not receive salary on time.
One of the things about expectations that have not been meet to ones employees,is that their acceptance of whatever the management is saying would be base on their credibility and past records of keeping to promise.Of course you have to make a case for the payment of your salary if it is delayed. It is your right and you deserve it. You just have to speak to your employer or write a letter if possible and lay out your complaints to them. In time you will be paid.
If there is any delay in payment of salary, you should discuss it with your employees rather than don't even tell the situation. Because they need salary that's why they are here so clear them instead of loosing their interest.Some employees, especially the high-value ones, may lose confidence and consider quitting their jobs if the leadership of a company can't be confident in the way they manage the affairs of the company especially when employees face delay in salary payment.
The high-value employees are those whose skills are in high demand in your company’s area of expertise. Their skills are vital to the productivity of your company; therefore you do not want to lose them to competitors. Besides, no one wants to be part of are failing organization if they have the opportunity of getting another job offer. To secure their services, it is important their salaries are paid soonest.
Employees need to know you are on top of the situation, and you really should be. Be honest and discreet if the situation is proving tougher than you can handle.
