I have no experience with this but recently have wanted to make things that would require its use. I am just not sure how hard it is to actually learn without having prior knowledge. Is this something you can easily learn online for free or does it require actual paid classes/education?

Its not much hard to learn Only a few modeling tools are required strictly for modeling. Make no mistake, Blender is 3D, not 2D like Krita, but with decent introductory lessons like these, you should be fine and up and running in no time.

You can almost learn anything online nowadays. It's relatively easy. It helps if you already have an interest in creating 3d objects and scenes. The key is to get on youtube and follow some of the tutorials for how to use the interface to start off with. Then, follow along on some good tutorials. It all depends upon your self-interest and dedication.

I'm interested to start learning it to expand my skills and knowledge However, my schedule is hectic recently. With focus and commitment, anything is easy to learn. That's what I believe at 😄

Blender requires a lot of work before being learned because it contains a lot of tricks that you need to assume a long term of practice.
