Is any using Smallweb for their webhosting? I am unable to access the websites in London, and I have not got any reply to my customer support ticket, would like to find out if anyone else is facing the same problem.

That is worrisome for you cannot get access. Why is that so? Maybe they are undergoing maintenance. There is nothing I can share because I am not a member of that site. Hoping there is someone here who can share their ideas.

Never heard of this hosting provider. Based on my quick search, I think this can be very useful for small website owners. Their shared hosting starts from just 0.50 GBP.

They are a cheap web hosting provider, now they are having some problems. Which webhosting company are you using for your websites?
