It is actually we're in such situation you should always make sure that you read the contract very well to understand that everything that is written in there is exactly how you want it otherwise you're going to be in a situation whereby you will hate terms of the agreement.That entirely depends on the terms of the contract you signed/verbally agreed to before you were hired. If the contract agreement was that you would work until a specific date or goal is met, then you can start working for another employer as soon as that requirement is met.
