I have an idea

I am thinking of a website where one can upload short audio s of his or her rhythm and bid them up for sale. A casual search around the internet mostly yields websites where you can sell your song online but there are many people who have a saintillating tune but can't compose a song and can sell them to artists who would appreciate the rhythm. What's your take?

I guess that is a very bright idea. However there will be some issue like
1. How will you protect the copy right and the right of both artist and buyer.
Since data can be duplicated and mass produced?
2. How will you market your website so that both artist and buyer will invest more to your site?
3. What will be your security measure in money transaction?
etc.
