i get to see the olympic torch

just been checking the full route for the olympic torch etc and discovered it comes really close to my house - within about quarter of mile - so i will be able to go and see it. anyone else here from the UK getting it nice and close?

Sure am, it is coming to the Coventry Cathredal which is about two miles away.

i didnt think it would come anywhere near me - i mean i knew it was going to a couple of cities i use for shopping when i have to but i thought that was as close as it would come - and i am not driving into a city and parking up just to see that - but it turns out it is coming through my town and close to my house so i am quite chuffed

Yep well we got the Rugby World Cup last yeah- pity I am the 1 of the 4.2 million people in NZ who doesn't particularly like rugby. But the Olympic torch would be VERY cool to see!
