I have some vacant land that I want to use. I wanted to do farming at first but looking at the statistics I calculated that gardening would be more profitable. I visited the gardens in my area and they also explain that gardening is more profitable than agriculture.
What is your opinion about it?
Whether it will be profitable or not give your advice please

first discover a market where you can sell what you sow. Get an application, round it out and return it to the market administrator and expectation you get in.

Next arrangement out what and where you will be developing everything in the nursery and request seeds, composts, any hardware you will need, for example, a handcart, developing devices (cultivators, rakes, and so forth), a turner, blades for gathering, a rucksack sprayer and two or three more modest sprayers, scoops, burrowing fork(s), seeder, collect drags, column cover, and so on

Garden business is not that profitable and somehow expensive to maintain, when starting the business, the flowers and the plant you will use maybe expensive and not all can germinate the way you want them to. You need someone with a knowledge of horticulture to help with the business

First of all Gardening is a part of agriculture ,but in a small scale. The benefits of gardening includes the fast sales of product ,because of daily demands , the low cost of starting ,and others

Gardening Business is very profitable only if you date starting up this business in an urban area and not rural area. Most middle class people don't always see the essence of buying flower, meanwhile this flowers are good for our health because they brings in fresh air

I don't think gardening will be more profitable than agriculture. However if that is what is trending in your area , you could go for it. I'm sure there must be a market for it , probably that is why it is quite popular in your area. Do your research how much do they make in the business, is it something you want to settle for and do whatever works for you.

Gardening business is profitable if you have your own land specially papaya and almond gardens are too much expensive and you can earn about 20,000 to $50,000 per annual if you have on 20 acres of your land.

Gardening business will most likely thrive more in urban areas than in rural area, this is because the rural area don't have the spending power or the much needs for flower like in the urban areas where people mostly use them to beautiful their environment and their houses.
Put location in serious consideration before setting it up.goodluck

Garden is not exempted from agriculture, agriculture is general name for farming produces. Anything that has to do with food production. Gardening is profitable depends on what you want to plant on your garden.

It has to be in an urban areas.

The competition should be very low, or you lose.

Growing ornamental plants is rely more difficult than other plants. They are more tender, some plants you have to get from far places.

Agriculture might be the better alternative

If you have land and want to invest, the first thing you should do is carry out a study to find out what the demand is around you or where the planting you are going to do is heading. If we talk about flowers, you mean nurseries for sale, something that is productive but in certain areas. It is better to invest in food products.

Garden business is relatively profitable especially in urban areas where lawns and garden are needed to keep surroundings and compounds serene and beautiful. It only needs small capital to begin.

I think such a business could be profitable but only if you are very passionate about it. You can't just do it for the profit and for the money, because gardening take time put into it

A very good advantage of the business is that it does not require alot of capital since its not like farming on a large Scale. However, you must ensure that you have buyers available on ground when the garden is matured because most garden products are fruits and vegetables which are of course perishable

As for me the advantage of business is that you get capital from it and gain from it to able to take care of the business and take care of the workers also it's really profitable business

Gardening and farming is two different thing, with two different meaning. Man will feed every day and so long as people live on earth, farming will continue to exist and people will continue to buy and consume. As for garden, is not everyone that will like to spend on that. So, most people will prefer to use their land for farming that will yield enough return.

Gardening is a profitable business and provide a good work balance when managed, starting a career as self employed gardener is very simple and is a very good means of earning a living and little or no experience is needed, it does not require a lot of capital since is not in a large scale

Gardening business can be very profitable and lucrative when their is a very big contract that a gardener come across like designing and beautification of the road or of a very big organization what to beautify it environment and surrounding. From there they will make alot of money.

Although little or no experience is necessary, gardening can be developed into a full-time occupation, with plenty of demand for reliable, honest individuals. With so many homeowners struggling to manage busy schedules, you'll have a continual demand for your services. In addition, if you live in a region with changing seasons, you may want to hire workers to perform fall cleanup or even snow removal. Plus, some clients may need their greenhouse or office plants tended to year-round.

All garden business are very much profitable and it will be more profitable if it's in an open area or location where a lot of people will be able to locate and hangout on a daily basis and have their fun. Go into the business cause the profit in it is massive
