When it comes to outsourcing, many people may need to train their employees for the job. Training employees who belong to a different country might be a hard job, as there might be many barriers to that. So, what is the best way to train international employees?

It is just like the way virtual assistants are going to be trained on the job if the person who wants to hire them needs them to be trained, it would be the same way a businessman is going to train the international employees he wants to hire. There are so many work chat and communication channels that can be used to carry out this training like Zoom, Google Meet and the rest which the business owner can decide to make use of.
 
Likely through some online training or they will have someone over there temporarily to train people. But for the most part, these days, people can always work remote if needed.
