You can save money on a regular basis only when you cut your lifestyle costs. You can do this by looking at your expenses and find out the expenses that you can trim down. For instance, if you are drinking 5-6 cups of tea or coffee every day, or eating a lot of chocolates and ice cream, or frequently munching cookies that don't offer much nutrition, you need to ask yourself if these things are necessary. Or, if you're spending $200 on rent, consider moving to a smaller place to save on rent money. You can then use these strategies to save on a regular basis.

Cutting expenses is a way to save, but it is not the most efficient, if you want to save more you must earn more money, that is the easiest way to save although not the easiest, many people want to save more by cutting only expenses and that in the end is a bad living if you end up cutting too much, it is better to continue training and try to earn more money.
