How to Retrieve Amazon Account

Many years ago, I created an Amazon account and published three books on pseudonames. Recently, when I tried to log into my account, I seem to have forgotten my password. I used password reset button to get OTP code. After I used that code, I am asked again to submit OTP code sent to my phone. But sadly I am not receiving any OTP code on my phone. Thus I am unable to get into my account. How do I retrieve my account?
