How to resolve a conflict in personal life?

I don't have a relationship but I have a lot of conflicts with my brothers and sisters and even my parents and it's bad for me because they are my support and I can't be angry with them or let them be angry with me so I need a method to help solve all conflicts because I'm an emotional person and I just can't calm down, I need a more effective method. How do you decide it?

In my own opinion, I think you can invite all of them, and address the problem in a respectful manner. Allow everyone to speak their mind, family is life. Try as much as possible to learn and pay attention.
