How to prepare a tasty and healthy lunch in 30 minutes?

30 minutes is basically the maximum time I have to prepare a meal because I have to work and I don't have any free time for a snack. I know that you can buy fast food, but only those who have only recently worked think so, but if you work for 10 years, you won't be able to eat it all the time, because you will simply have problems. Therefore, I mostly prepare buckwheat or rice with chicken for lunch.

What I would do is get a air fryer. You can cook very delicious food very fast in one. Next, I would make sure you got all your mustard, mayonnaise etc. ready. Now, another option is just eating canned tuna and also having bread, mayonnaise etc. ready. Anyway, no matter what you do, stuff like salad dressing or vinaigrette is very helpful for flavor.
