Suffering from anxiety is one of the main problems and this is why there are many people who might also suffer from anxiety when they work online albeit people who have real jobs are more likely to suffer from anxiety. So, have you also suffered from the same problem? How did you deal with it?

I think that meditating could be one of the best ways to manage anxiety. many people become anxious when they work online because they may be concerned about whether or not the client will like their work.
 
One of the biggest issues I am facing is making money consistently. In some months I managed to earn well, and in some mon ths I do not even earn enough to pay my bills.
 
Anxiety is one of the major challenges for the onliners current. I personally being disturbed by anxiety so much. I have not come up with a way that it can help me avoid or eliminate it from life completely.
 
Anxiety is a general problem. Anyone can suffer from it. Some people have social anxiety, and for that reason they don’t want to go out to do jobs because they don't want to interact with other people. They feel uncomfortable around people. They prefer working online from their homes.

If people are anxious even while working online, it could due to different reasons, like that newbies feel anxiety before talking to new clients, but this kind of anxiety goes away once you become more experienced in online communication.
 
Well there are people who let the mind of anger to control them, not them as individuals controlling the mind.

I only had anxiety issues when I was about to pick and deliver my first ever article. Surprisingly, it was accepted by the platform and I was paid.
First of all, don't try to work when you are having a toubled mind. Don't pursue targets too much. It would sure lead to unnecessary anxiety. Just arrange your time, put in your best, rest.

To reduce your anxiety just try to be more confident about yourself and your work and see the result. To finish your work, make sure that you have a good internet connection and a quiet place too.

And you need to put it in your mind that you will be relaxed. You need to feel relaxed before trying to work online. You also need to be focused so that you are not going to be distracted by anything
 
When I feel stressed I take a deep breath drink some water if I have time maybe go for a short walk and it helps me a bit anxiety can lead to many health issues as well as happines so it's important to learn how to control it

I've not suffered from anxiety when working online. I believe one can deal with anxiety when working online by working in a conducive environment, one that is quiet and free from distractions.

I do suffered from anxiety when I was young I even tried to hurt myself because of it I'm glad I'm in better place right now I recommend getting help if you suffer from any mental health issues even if you think it isn't serious

What causes anxiety for those who are working online is the uncertainty of payment. Online freelancer have experienced working and not getting paid. It's a big worry for anyone as it means you've wasted your time for nothing. How you can deal with the anxiety of working online is by choosing to work on jobs with guaranteed payment.
 
I think you have to just push through it. With working online, for me at least, it was a lot more comforting than working at a real job in person. Like working at that call center. I hated it and would much prefer working online. My anxiety is at an all time high when I am out working other jobs in person. But working online the anxiety drops. But of course setting up deals and talking to people via text can be stress inducing as well.
 
This is actually a pretty much constant state for so many people who are making money online but I guess one way you could deal with it is by taking a break to feel the outside world a bit. One's life shouldn't be centered on making money always.

I am a workaholic person. However, despite working so hard and trying to make money, I always give myself break and try my best to divert my attention to other things in life. This may involve watching YouTube videos and doing other stuff. This relieves my anxiety a lot.
