The performance of your employees is the key to gaining success and making your business much better. However, making your business much better and optimising the performance of your employees could be a really big challenge in the first place. So, what methods would you apply that could help make your employees perform better? I think an increase in pay and offering training is a great thing to do.

Give them good hours, decent breaks, a good lunch break, and they will be usually happy. You can also give out prizes to the best workers, or the ones who get the most sales. Sometimes that fuels employees to go above and beyond and get more sales in return.

Other things you can do, is give bonuses, raises, have employee parties, etc.

I think that when it comes to improving the performance of employees, there are many things that should be considered. Along with increasing the bonuses, you can also increase or add allowances as well. This may also motivate many employees to work more.

I think reward and punishment work everywhere. You can reward good performers to encourage them to do even better and punish bad performers so that they are encouraged to do better in the future. Offering better incentives will also improve performance and efficiency.

How I would optimise my workers performance is by prompt payment of their salaries without any delay, giving them performance bonuses and increasing their pay when my business profits have tripled. If all these are done for me where I work, I will give 200% in doing my work.
