My business is just a mini business but at the same time. I need to balance it with my day-to-day activities so that's why I have a planned timetable. If you have a big business, you won't be able to manage it alone. You need to hire professional managers, both human resource managers and financial managers. Then delegate duties to them according to their expertise. You need to also monitor their work regularly and have auditors visiting your company regularly.

I quite agree with you. I believe every company have their method of operation and the reason for their operations. Every company wants to make profit and some do that rendering services to international firms and companies as the case may be.
