How to juggle between online jobs and offline job?

Do you have online job as well as offline job? How do you manage your time? I do not have any offline jobs but in the past I was juggling between online and offline job. In my experience, multitasking really helps. You can do more than one thing at the same time. For example, you could write an article for your online job while also working on a report for your offline job. You're basically doing two things at once, side by side.
