I think that the one way to improve on team efficiency and output is to actually learn how to share ideas with one another because that's what team work means in the first place.
In order to meet your daily , weekly or monthly target at work , you must have teamwork with the other workers and you must learn how to share ideas in order to meet your target .

Teamwork and associations is a gift that many people still don't understand. There's every possible to produce a better result when you work as a team with enlightened individuals just as yourself.
