Personally, I find it complicated. But I do want to learn at least some basics.

It sounds like such a simple point to make, but before you jump head-first into designing your website, you first need to be clear on its purpose.

Beyond simply knowing your industry and defining a content strategy, you need to think about what your USP (unique selling point) is, and how you want to come across.

People aren’t stupid. If you put yourself out there just to make a profit or raise your own profile, people will see through it. Your website’s design is directly linked to your brand, and it needs to come across as authentic and engaging.

I would like to learn about graphic design or web design as well.

Graphic designing to u is very simple to learn when I get deeper in learning it I realized that it wasn't simple at all
I will advice anybody that wants to go a cyber cafe and learn ,and there are some YouTube videos that will go a long way to help you to improve in learning but u won't still be perfect,u need real practical to be perfect

You must first choose which program you want to work on as a designer. there are quite a few on the internet. and if you want to learn, you can. look for tutorials (I recommend on youtube, to see the video) and learn easy by easy.
 
Website design is interesting as there are many ready made website that offers drag and drop to build a website. You can also contract it to experts using platforms like fiverr, upwork etc... And you can take upon yourself to learn some basic programming.
 
The best approach is to read pdf file of such graphics package and then later the video aspect of it. That is this best way to learn and it works
