I use Bank of America currently and I'm seriously thinking about switching over to US Bank. I work for US Bank and it would make more sense if I banked with them because I also wouldn't get charged a maintenance fee since I work for them. I picked BoA because they've been around for years.

I would never go with a bank that has maintenance fee or charges for not maintaining minimum balance. In fact these are deemed illegal here. However, the major problem we have here is the fund transfer charges, mobile banking charges, online banking charges, and account activity notification charges.
