Different kinds of people with different ideas are working in a company, this diversification will cause conflicts between employees, how to avoid these conflicts?

It is not possible to avoid conflicts in a company, there will always be conflicts among the staff, between the management and the staff. The conflicts might arise from the policies imposed by the company or confusion between the staff. But what is possible is you can easily ,manage these conflicts through a meaning ful dialogue.

There is some people that are nervous and something that for example you may do on another company could be tolerable or a small remark and they just for some few problems make a big management of faults that differs from one staff on a company to another staff how could be friendly with workers.

Well, under such kind of circumstances, it is very important to understand the psyche of employees. This could be important in order to avoid toxic co-workers. I have also encountered certain kind of toxic people. The best thing a person could do is avoid them in order to avoid problems at workplace.

Conflict management is what every company should work towards. Being able to handle issues as they arise. If the company is working towards conflict avoidance, then it means that they are not ready yet to get things done since conflicts will always come up whether we like it or not.

The best way I know that conflicts can be avoided at any workplace is by making sure that each and every employee that is working in that business establishment respects and follow the rules and regulation that guides activities of everyone in the company. By doing so, there wouldn't be any room for conflict to arise.

Facing conflicts and dealing with them is an inevitable thing. You may have a different plan and your business partner may think that some other kind of plan may work. However, the best way to sort this out is to co-operate and make things smoother.
 
The more differences the more disagreements. I noticed this in the last place I worked. They wanted to fill quotas and were hiring based on gender and race and it ended up causing all sorts of issues. Where I work now, you are hired on skill and the application doesn't even have an option to write in your race or gender.

I must also add here that when there are a lots of conflict in the company, the business operations could get affected as a result of that. This is something the business management must know. They have to deal with conflicts in order to make the process of business operations smoother.

It's very wrong even for the business to hire employees based off on race and gender. There's no way you're going to get the best people suited for the job. When you hire your employees based on their skills and experience, this will bring more value to your team.
