  3. Size & condition: Compare the size and condition of the property with other similar properties in the area.
  4. Rent prices: Research average rental prices in the area and compare it with the price you are paying.
  5. Lease terms: Make sure you understand the lease agreement and all its terms, including renewals, rent increases, and penalties.
  6. Maintenance: Evaluate the responsiveness and quality of maintenance services.
  7. Roommates: Consider your experience with roommates or neighbors, if applicable.
