How reliable is free hosting?

Personally, I think that free Hosting is reliable service. When I was a forum owner, my forum was registered with a free forum host. I previously used prophpBB and they were on the best free hosting services that I used when I had a forum.

From the description "free" you will agree with me that it wouldn't have all the necessary features required as paid hosting. So it depends on what you need it for

They might be reliable but certainly you will not some features their and it is advisable not use free hosting because you may have challenges if you wanna upgrade your site or blog

It can be somewhat reliable but if something happens to your site or the host, they aren't that worried as for those sites who have paying customers. Free customers are easy to get rid of, paid ones are more valued.

Since it is free, it is not reliable. If a free hosting was reliable, who would pay for hosting? Free hosting is just for newbies (who want a website without spending money) and for someone to test something (a website/program).

I will not advise anyone to go for free hosting because it comes with limited control. You have only to amount of things you can do with free hosting. you will not be allowed to upload some files like SSL certificate to your website and this is very important to have it.

I've tried free hosting and I tell you that it's not nice in any way. You don't have control over what you're doing at all; and that's besides the limited space or bandwidth, email addresses or other perks that you're restricted to.
