How often should you get a new PC?

When should you always upgrade to a new PC? I figure every 4-5 years would suffice. Do you agree? We can upgrade our computers to keep working for years to come, but new PCs come out, along with new parts, and the old ones tend to become obsolete. Anyway, how often would you say you upgrade or buy new computers?
It depends. If you PC is faulty, it can be repaired, then you need to replace.
It also depends on what you do with your PC too. For example if you want to go in to programming, and you don't have a good enough PC, then you should change.

I personally the pc i have been using have been serving me the purpose i bought it for,so i don't see any reason for me to do a change of the system i am currently using, except i found out a disfunction.

When it comes to me I do not believe that there's variety of your time or even period that our team can easily you a PC. Exactly just what I believe is actually that provided that it can easily perform me. Of due to the complying with year as well as exactly just what I perform on the PC can easily no more be actually performed certainly there certainly. After that I will certainly obtain updated one

I'll say, on this particular topic. If one is using a PC for a particular task and maybe a new system is introduced into the market with another feature that would enhanced your work, you can switch even within a year. But normally should be 4-5years.

Wow I didn't really attach a time frame to my PC I use it till it wears out, the price of getting a good computer is no chicken change here.

It's dependent on the job. Some job requires yearly change of PC or updated confirmation. Personally, I'll change my PC after five years to avoid malware stress.

Depending on the nature of the personal computer you are using ,there are some that may require replacement within a period of two years and there are some that can also require a replacement within a period of five years base on its nature..

I don't think it's an asset that needs replacement so easily. As far as it can carryout a said task or you can download a file to it to enable it function properly then I see no use for replacement. Replacement should be considered when the PC doesn't function properly or is spoilt

I think three years is enough to use a computer system are the upgrades to the latest one. I'm saying this if it happens that personal computer is the major tools for your business.

I believe different individual will have different opinion on this topic. Actually, it would have been good for one to change PC after maybe about 4 or 5 years, but it is rather unfortunate that the cost of a PC is very high now which maybe a very big discouragement for one to change PC. But if in the case of damaged parts, one can just repair and manage. It is just my opinion.

Well on this part of the world where I'm at,if it doesn't get faulty,it won't be changed. And this is due to the standard of living which is low. But personally I think only if the PC isn't performing the way you want it or you have money to get a better one.

When the work load is demanding and you need more hands on deck, you could get a new or more PC for your number of staffs

PC ain't stuff that needs changing so frequently. You just have to go with that option if the one you're currently using ain't providing you the services you expect or need or maybe I'd spoilt

My friend has been using his 2015 brand hp for the bast 6yrs. So I don't think where I live people are quick to change their systems. At school it's possible to see mainframes😅. Most keep it running as far as the software is up-to-date. Others quickly sell of.

It is not just going to be a wise thing to go about buying computers every year for your businesses is it? You would have to have budgeted money for buying very good and durable computers that will last your purpose for as long as they will last

I think once you found out the the project you're running or you will be running needs an upgraded PC. Then you have to change it.

The ability of someone to get a new PC or purchase it over a period of time depends on the usage and the advantages the person derives from the uses of the PC. when someone generate alot form thr pc operation then I advice most often to get a new pc to aid his work more effectively.

For me, I would only buy a new PC if the current one has damaged beyond repairs.
But I frequently upgrade and update my PC toake it suitable for the program I wish to run

for me I think you can change decide to change your PC anytime . there are many upgraded laptops yours might be out of date and start to malfunction.it is advisable to change it every two years.

There is no specific time for this but for business purposes it is always better to have more than one personal computer, this will help you in a situation in which one is not working, you do not have to decide when to replace a computer, for this Reason it is a wise decision to have more than one.
