How often is too often?

I've seen bloggers who update their blogs every couple of months and bloggers who do it everyday. Some overzealous bloggers even post several articles a day in an attempt to create as much content as possible.

In your opinion, how often do you consider it to be "too often" to update your blog with new articles?

Too often is posting every day on your blog. I think that it's impossible to keep this tempo for a longer time if you have other things in your life. And even if you manage to do it, only for a while you can keep the quality of your posts. Once a week is optimal.

It depends on your motivational level. If you can post multiple times daily, that's awesome. However, if you can only post a high quality blog article once a week, that's cool too. I generally don't read many blogs that don't have daily content, though.
