How often do you update the look/style of your site

It is not required at all to update the template if the current template is suitable to work especially you get members' suggestions to change the template this is another thing.

I am on the opinion that the layout of a website should not be changed too often, as that can be very confusing for users. It should only be changed if there is good reason for it, such as rebranding, adding new functions/expanding the site, or revamping an obsolete or not user-friendly design.

I often change the look of my website. It helps it to look very attractive and scillinating to visitors.i normally do that on a monthly basis.

If I do have a site, I can be changing it once in six months but the way and manner in which people will access the site will remain. You don't want to change the structure and cause more confusion to people.

Wow how do your customers react to this monthly change? Do you also change how the site is being operated, or you just the design and theme of the site?

It depends on the type of site and of cause the content of it and the kind of people you are trying to attract. You could set a timetable in which you can update your site style periodically or during special events or holidays.
