How often do you update your social media for your community?

I keep it automated with my news articles going to them as they are posted. I can't really figure out a good way to push topics to them and anymore it mostly seems like a bad idea to flood social media with links anyway.

How often do you update your social media for your community?

Typically any time I create a social media profile for a brand, I'll post at least 2 to 4 times a day. I use Buffer for X and the built-in scheduling tools for Meta products.

I'm trying to keep up with posting every few days for FP. With all the other things I have to do though, it's hard to be consistent. If I had it my way, there would be a post every day, but sometimes I just don't know what to say.
