How often do you share on your website's social network pages

If your website has a Facebook Page, Twitter Profile or any other social network for it.. How often do you share thing to those pages / profiles? Also, do you schedule shares on the pages / profiles? or do you just share things manually on them?

Do you share to them randomly though in terms of when the shares happen? or do you do like 3pm everyday for example?

I share them randomly once I have something to distribute.

with some of my Facebook Pages i have posts scheduled to be share 1 per day ahead for the next month or so, others tho i just share to went i have something to share.

I don't very much. However, in the past, I used to regularly share drum lessons. Anyway, I want to get back into it.

When I had a forum I didn't share much on our Facebook page. Basically just updates on howmany members, posts, etc. We had. Very rarely held contests or anything so that wasn't worth mentioning
